A favorite of many is Vortex. Its like a big pendulum and you sit on the end at the edges of a circle facing inwards. As the pendulum swings the disk turns round. This ride is an excellent thrill ride and best of all like most of Thorpe Parks smaller rides, it has a short queue. If this ride was in Alton Towers then you would be queuing an hour to get a go on it, but at Thorpe its a matter of 20-30 minuets. The ride has the excellent location in lost city being visible from outside the park swinging back and forth in all its glory.
The ride carries the same theme of Lost City as other rides by being painted in blue and red. Luckily it actually suits those colours (unlike other rides in the area).
