X is like marmite, you either love it or you hate it. I hate it! My girlfriend loves it! Many people say they hate it but still go on it! I'm forced into it! X is the backwards roller coaster, the intention of the ride was meant to be more than a roller coaster though. It was meant to be about the twisting queue before the ride, the sounds you hear while your on the ride and the overall experience of the ride. That is why the layout of the track was allowed to be simple, and that is why some people don't like it. The ride was built before Tussauds took over the park so it didn't have the financial backing that it needed. Budget cuts meant not all the themeing was complete, this meant what was completed was not perfect and over the years nearly all of the meant to be amazing queue line has gone and it is now just a backwards roller coaster that stops 3 times on the way round and sprays you with air.
