Guest Services
Located within the lower part of Port Atlantis (the Dome), Guest Services will be able to offer a solution to most of your problems or at least tell you where to go. Some of the services they offer include:
- Parent Swap Tickets
For more information on Parent Swap and how it can enhance your day please visit our parent swap section of the site.
- Lost Property
All items found by staff or handed to staff which are deemed lost end up in Guest Services, so if you loose something this is the place to go.
- Disabled Access
If your disabled head over to Guest Services and they will help to make your day as best they can.
- Height Check
All the rides at Thorpe Park have height restrictions imposed on them for your own safety. To make your day go more smoothly though if you are very close to being exactly on the limit of one of the height restrictions then visit Guest Services and they will issue you with a wrist band to show how tall you really are, then just show this to the guys checking heights on rides and they'll let you on.
- Lockers
Lockers are free so there's no reason not to use them to keep your stuff safe when you go on a ride.
- Single Rider
Skip the queues by riding on your own and helping to fill up seats that would otherwise be empty on a ride. Only on selected rides and you will need to collect a wristband from Guest Services to do it.
Medical Center
Located next to Guest Services is the Medical Center, manned by qualified staff to help you out when things don't go to plan.
Buggies
Buggies are available from the Neptune's Shop in the dome, on a first come first service bases. Please note there is a hire charge and refundable deposit required.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available from one of the Staff Members located at the Turnstiles. Please note there is a hire charge and refundable deposit required.
